Episode 124: Jackyl / Jackyl

Now for your listening enjoyment. Here is the debut release from Jackyl, Coming onto the music scene in 1991 they had scored with songs like "Down on Me". Some of the song titles were rather controversial and their record label refused to market them. Although the song Lumberjack has a unique solo featuring a chainsaw. How cool is that? Give this a listen. Pretty sure you will be surprised.

Episode 123: Sammy Hagar / Red

Here we go with the original vocalist for Ronnie Montrose , Sammy Hagar has had a solid career solo and with Van Halen. Although the album is referred to as Red that was actually self titled and the second studio release. The photo was taken down the road from where the album was recorded in the UK. Those buildings were in a scene from the 1966 movie Blowup.

Episode 122: Whitesnake / Whitesnake

This UK band peaked its power ballad in 1987 reaching #2 in the top 200. It sold 8 million copies and went triple platinum. His eminence brought this to the table he hopes you find it pleasurable.
